Come try a gentle, calming, and rejuvenating respiratory technique that benefits the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body.
Through the focus of breath directed toward specific centers in the body, we activate a harmonizing mechanism. When focused accurately, this process releases stagnations, unwinds negative thought patterns, and brings an equilibrium for the entire well-being.
This powerful practice can:
· Ease physical pain
· Improve sleep and rejuvenate energy
· Improve digestion
· Alkalize the body
· Clear stuck energy and emotions
· Relieve stress and anxiety
· Help to release limiting beliefs and negative thoughts
· Calm the “monkey mind” and increase focus
· Provide clarity and awareness
· Aid in finding solutions to life's challenges
· Help to heal trauma, addiction, and PTSD
· Integrate work from therapy and coaching
· Open the heart
Session includes:
· Detailed instructions and tutorial of one accessible breathwork practice
· Guided, active breathwork session in a laying down position
· Supplemental music and sound healing techniques
· Extended resting period for restoration and integration
Note: The breath practice shared is gentle, restorative, and done in the laying down position. It is not related to rebirthing, holotropic, or transformational breathwork; although, many participants have been known to experience deep transformation that is within grasp and easy to assimilate. It will be done at an elongated pace, not intended for hyperventilation, hypoxia, or regression. Open to individuals of all levels and belief systems, no experience required.
