HeartSpace OC Holistic Healing Fair - 9/27

Dr.Michaela regularly attends to offer her reiki and acupuncture services at a discount rate. $50 for 30 minutes or $100 for 60 minutes.

This is the largest monthly holistic healing fair in southern California. It's comprised of holistic practitioners (acupuncturist, massage therapist, chiropractors, reflexologist, nutritionist, reiki guides) and metaphysical readers (astrology, tarot, mediumship, psychic). Practitioners and readers offer discounted sessions ranging from 15 to 60 minutes. There are 30 minute lectures on various topics throughout the day.

The event is free to attend. It is usually the last Saturday (sometimes third due to holidays).

Healing Breathwork - 10/7

Dr.Michaela facilitates a monthly breathwork session using a gentle and calming respiratory technique called via vinyu pranayama.

Through the focus of breath directed toward specific centers in the body, we activate a harmonizing mechanism. When focused accurately, this process releases stagnations, unwinds negative thought patterns, and brings an equilibrium for the entire well-being.

This powerful practice can:
· ease physical pain
· improve sleep and digestion
· clear stuck energy and emotions
· relieve stress
· calm the "monkey mind" and increase focus
· integrate work from therapy and coaching
· aid in trauma healing, addiction, and PTSD
· open the heart chakra

Session includes:
· Detailed instruction of one accessible breathwork practice
· Guided, active breathwork session in a laying down position
· Supplemental reiki and sound healing techniques
· Extended resting period for restoration and integration
